Hometown Merrick memories:

"Wooded areas alongside the parkways and schoolyards were like a man made escape from what the developers had in mind. Kids are drawn to these places to play and dream. I watched as one by one all the cool vacant lots in south Merrick turned into new homes and businesses."

Al Kooper and Mark at this years IPO in Nashville at The End--Mark performed this year with Roy Costa on bass.  Al was on hand during Bill Lloyd's set and performed on his own as well.
